The Jarander base is self sufficient in terms of electricity, water, manpower and security. Facilities available at the base includes:
- Over 80,000m2 Open Yard Stacking/Storage Area (Developed, semi-developed and undeveloped)
- Closed Warehouse with handling equipment
- Barite Milling Plants, 2 Units, capacity 320 ton per day (component for the offshore drilling industry)
- Two (2) Storey Standard Office Spaces/Conference Room fully furnished and complete with office and communication facilities / 24 hours Internet connection
- Dedicated Cargo Handling Units/Equipment – Offshore Container Units, Cargo Baskets, Racks, Skips
- Offshore Refrigerating Facilities – 40’ Reefer Containers, 20’ Partitioned Reefer Containers, 10’ Reefer Containers
- Mobile and fixed Telecommunication Facilities
- Self-sufficient in terms of Electricity and Water
- Perimeter fence, Closed Circuit Monitoring (CCTV) System, resident armed and private security guards
- Haulage and Operational Vehicles for Heavy Lifts and Special Transportation – 40’ Flat Back Trucks, 40’ Low bed Tucks, 20’ Hiab Self Loader Truck, Cranes (35 tons to 120 tons), Forklifts (7 tons)
- Machine/Fabricating Workshop/Sandblasting area with equipment
The base is secured with high rise perimeter fence, Closed Circuit Monitoring (CCTV) System, private and armed patrol men on guard. Security within the area is further strengthened by the Nigerian Navy, Nigerian Army and JTF.
